Many thanks for the very helpful service given to help me find a replacement part for a bathroom spotlight. I had tried a number of other suppliers with no success and when I contacted Luxury Lighting I wasn't expecting  a positive result. However, the advice and support given was top notch and it really did feel like you were willing to go the "extra mile" to help and ultimately source the replacement part I wanted.

Wish to say - thank you so much for the Valerie fitting - I love it. The service has been superb receiving it so quickly. It is good to deal with people who are helpful, friendly and efficient. I can't see why it would be faulty when connected but can't try it for a while as the available ceiling isn't available yet.
